Remarks:
If your documents are incomplete then please complete the same before the date of result, to
avoid withheld of the result.
2. Candidates should report at their respective Examination Centre by 9:15 AM.
3.
Candidates will not be allowed to enter the Examination Centre after 10:15AM.
4.
Candidates are allowed to carry only BARE ACTS(without notes and comments) inside the examination center.
5.
Electronic or Communication devices of any kind (such as mobile phones, laptops etc) and Books or Notes(except BARE ACTS
without notes and comments) are not allowed in the Examination Hall.
6. Candidates shall not be allowed to leave the Examination Hall before the conclusion of the examination and without
handing over the Answer Sheet and COVID declaration form .
7. All markings on the Answer Sheet must be with Blue/Black Ball Point Pen only. Using a pencil for marking on the ansheet sheet
will lead to Disqualification of the exam.
8. Candidates should enter the roll number on the answer sheet as it is mentioned on the admit card and fill in the respective
ovals. Any mismatch would lead to disqualification.
9. Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as mentioned on the Test Booklet cover.
10. Kindly fill the Question booklet code and roll number correctly on the answer sheet failing which your candidature will be
rejected.
11. In case of more than 50% disability 20 minutes extra time per hour will be allowed to the candidate. Kindly submit a
certified copy of your disability certificate to the invigilator to avail the extra time.
12. The candidature to the examination is provisional. Only those candidates who fulfill all the eligibility criteria should appear
in the exam. If at any stage it is found that you are not eligible for the All India Bar Examination, your candidature will be
rejected.
13. Candidates found cheating/resorting to unfair means by the invigilators shall ordinarily be debarred from taking the exam,
alternatively, at the discretion of the invigilator, he/she may be given a fresh answer sheet, but no extra time shall be provided to
such candidate than the normal allotted time to finish the said exam.
SOP to be followed by Candidates
The SOP is being issued for conduct the All India Bar Examination on 31.10.2021 in compliance with the order
dated 7.1.2021 passed by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in writ petition No. W.P. (C) 6064/2020 & CM APPL
31666/2020- The following SOP is/are based on the guidelines and SOP issued by MHRD to conduct the
examination.
1. The candidate shall follow all the guidelines/ SOP issued by the MHRD / Central Government
and the State Government.
2. The candidates should obey all the directions/ instructions issued by the invigilator /controller
of the examination in compliance with the SOP of the government for conducting the examination.
3. In case there is a restriction on the movement in a certain area, an admit card issued to the
candidate should be treated as a pass for the movement of the candidate to appear in AIBE.
4. The candidate shall submit a declaration form which is attached to the admit card to the invigilator
with regard to health issue/s at the entrance gate of examination centers.
5. Candidate must co-operate in getting temperature check, maintaining social distancing, and other
norms as prescribed.
6. The candidate should use sanitizer given to them at the gate and the mask should be worn all
the time during the examination.
7. Cleanliness and hygienic conditions as per the safety and health advisory of the concerned
9. In case if it is found that any candidate has symptoms of fever, cough, and cold, he/she should
be either made to sit in a separate room or not be allowed to sit in the examination.
10. There should not be crowding at the entry and exit gate.
11. The above guidelines are being issued in addition to the guidelines already issued to the
