I. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This ISO 9001:2015 foundation course will provide the
participants an overview of Quality Management as internationally
understood, and will discuss the guidelines for developing a well-
documented total quality system necessary for a company to be
globally competitive.

A quality management system (QMS) based on the ISO 9001 standard


is recognized worldwide as a superb methodology for improving
performance, increasing customer satisfaction, maintaining
regulatory compliance and as a cost-saving vehicle. The Awareness
Seminar is an informative lecture on basic quality concepts and
understanding the requirements of the standard.
