The aim of this questionnaire is to study the Performance Evaluation of lowest bidder
contractors in public building construction projects of Addis Ababa Design and Construction
works bureau. This questionnaire is required to be filled with exact relevant facts as much as
possible. All data included in this questionnaire will be used only for academic research and
