Create a New Browser Organisation Scheme
1. In your Multi-family building files, create 4 sheets A1 metric and name as follows:
a. A100 and A101 at scale = 1/100
b. A102 and A103 at scale= 1/50

2. Insert Views in the sheets:


i. Level 1 and Level 2 floor plan in the A100 sheet at scale 1/100
ii. Level 3 and Level 4 floor plan in the A102 sheet at scale 1/50
iii. Elevation East and West in the A101 sheet at scale 1/100
iv. Elevation North and South in the A103 sheet at scale 1/50

3. Create a new Browser Organization for sheets with “OneistoX” name


4. Group and Sort by “Scale” . Hit the Apply button

Note: Views scale should be according to point 1

1. Access A102 sheet from In-class Assignment 01

2. Create new revision:


a. Structural revision
b. Client requirements update
c. Issue to: “AM”
d. Issue by: should reflect your name in two letters only

3. On sheet A102 level 3 floor plan, create a cloud revision around the staircase and relate it
with the revision 1
4. On sheet A103 elevation North create a cloud revision around all balconies and relate them
with revision 2
5. Issue the revision and place it on the sheet revision schedule

Create a New Phase & Change Object Phases
1. Open your individual projects and Access phase command
2. Insert a new phase After the last one called “Interior Refurbishment”
3. Close the window
4. Duplicate level 2 floor plan and instead of “copy” write “firstname_phasing”
5. Select the kitchen and dining walls that divide the left side APT -A2 and change the phase
demolished to “Interior Refurbishment”
6. Go to view properties and change “Phase filter” to “Show complete” and “Phase” to “Interior
Refurbishment”
7. Create a new interior wall that joins both baths in the “Interior Refurbishment” phase
8. Change “Phase filter” to “Show all”
