DEED OF PARTITION AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, the above-mentioned parties are co-owner in undivided shares over a parcel of land

WHEREAS, the herein contracting parties are desires of affecting a division themselves of the
property above described and held in common by them and have caused the subdivision survey of the

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the mutual relinquishment and quitclaim
in the respective right, other, the herein contracting parties do by these presents stipulate and agree to
divide the same between themselves in such a way that the particular properties herein awarded to each,

absolutely to the exclusion of all others, to wit:
