THE FOURTH: OUR VEBAL UNDERTACKING

Both parties strictly adhere to the terms and condition of the contract. And amendments to this contract
shall be based on the discussion and agreement by both parties.

If any event that one party breaks the contract: the two parties shall seek amicable resolution to any
disputes.

The contract is made into four copies, one party has two copies.

The contract comes into from the date of signing to 31/12/2022
