ACTIVITY 1
1. Reflect on the objectives for conducting LAC sessions as listed in DO 35, s. 2016.
Rank the following objectives from easiest to the most difficult to achieve:

students
_2_ To nurture successful teachers
_3_ To enable teachers to support each other to continuously improve their
content
and pedagogical knowledge, practice, skills, and attitudes

the community as a whole
2. What are the top three challenges to having a successful LAC? List down and
elaborate.
1. Time and Venue – limited time in LAC meetings since social gatherings is
not yet allowed in the new normal.
2. Communication – not everyone has internet connection if they there is the
connection is unstable.
3. Overlapping of tasks – with the many tasks which needs to be
accomplished, some are being left behind. The focus of the teacher is
affected.
