the amount of FORTY-TWO THOUSAND (Php 42,000.00) PESOS only as
FULL PAYMENT of the remaining balance stated in the promissory note
herein attached. Likewise, I acknowledge that the abovementioned person
is RELEASE FROM ALL OF HER OBLIGATION stated in the said
promissory note and that no cost or litigation expenses whatsoever shall be
attributed to her upon the execution of this instrument.
