INSTRUCTION: In short essay, discuss your personal definition of Global citizenship and how you, as a
Filipino, can become an active member of the global village. What are the advantages of global
citizenship for a Filipino and for the entire country?

In my own idea or my personal definition of global citizenship, when we say Global citizenship
we don’t limit ourselves to one culture, it is a general consideration of every country having different
culture, for example as a Filipino citizen we don’t only patronize other Filipino things but we also
patronize other countries culture, just like celebrating Chinese new year, copying how they wear clothes
because other country specifically in Korea they are fashionable and Filipino’s admire how they wear
clothes in the Philippines we have slot of set of values Because when it comes to economy we are not
centered only in the Philippines, it is a sign of global citizenship, sometimes we criticize people who
patronize foreign culture they only exercise global citizenship. We can be an active member of global
village through learning their own perspective and culture. The advantage of this is, it can liberate us
from ignorance .

INSTRUCTION: Identify the two strengths of the Philippines that may contribute greater integration
among countries in the Asian region?

The two strengths of the Philippines that may contribute greater integration among countries is
Philippines as flexible country and Philippines as hospitable country, Filipino’s can always adjust and it is
a great advantage for the Philippines.

INSTRUCTION: Write an argumentative essay presenting your stand on the topic “Globalization does not
need media for global integration”.

I stand for this topic for media is not at all reliable when it comes to spreading global info. It
may cause Gap or barrier between two countries, why? Because fake news is widespread. Hatred to one
country may occurred, say for instance a fake news spreading that Philippine bashing America’s for about
something it may cause two countries to fight. It may lost good relation between the two country.
