HOMEMADE HYDRATING
Ingredients:
HAIR MASK Coconut Oil, 2
By: Ancestral Nutrition Tablespoon

1. Combine essential oils in a small bowl. Lavender Essential

3. Apply to the middle to ends of hair, I like
to use a brush to comb through and coat
each strand of hair.

HYDRATING AVOCADO
Ingredients:
MASK 1 Ripe Avocado

BROWN SUGAR FACIAL
Ingredients:
SCRUB Raw Honey, 1

Instructions:

1. Place the brown sugar and honey in a


small bowl and mix together well. Store
in a jar with an air tight lid.
2. Keep at room temperature.
3. TO USE: Wash face well. Apply a small
amount of scrub(about ½ t.) to wet skin
and massage gently in a circular motion.
Avoid eye area. Rinse face well and pat
dry.

BROWN SUGAR LIP
Ingredients:
SCRUB Granulated Sugar,
By: Pinned and Repinned 1 Tablespoon
Servings: 3 jars Brown Sugar, 2

Coconut oil, 1

1. Mix sugars, coconut oil, and honey in a Teaspoon

bowl. Add vanilla. Stir well. Honey, 1/2

GINGERBREAD LIP
Ingredients:
SCRUB Finely ground

BODY BUTTER
Ingredients:

boiler. Mine took about 10 minutes. 4 Tablespoons

OATMEAL HONEY BODY
Ingredients:
SCRUB Unrefined Shea

1. Put 1/2 cup oats into food processor and

HOMEMADE
Ingredients:
MOISTURIZING BEAUTY Coconut oil, 3

LEMON HAND SCRUB
Ingredients:
Granulated Sugar,

COFFEE GROUND FOOT
Ingredients:
SCRUB Coffee Grounds, 2

Serving: 1 foot scrub Tablespoons

1. Mix all the ingredients and prepare a

thick paste.
2. Apply it all over your feet and massage
for 15-20 minutes.
3. Wash it off.

How it works:
This DIY homemade foot scrub
enhances the texture of the skin on
your feet. The coffee grounds are
excellent for scrubbing your feet and
removing dead skin cells. This
softens the feet.

BROWN SUGAR AND
Ingredients:

2. Add the essential oil and scrub your feet

3. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes and
then wash it off.
4. Follow up with a moisturizer.

How it works:
This is the simplest of all DIY foot
scrubs, but it does an amazing job of
keeping your feet happy and
moisturized. The sugar granules
gently scrub the skin, and the
essential oils comfort your feet.

DIY FOAMING HAND
Ingredients:
SANITIZER RECIPE (NO Containers, 50 mL
ALCOHOL) Castile Soap, 1/2

1. Open the 50 ml container.
2. Put 1/2 teaspoon of Castile soap.
3. Put 5 drops of Thieves Essential Oil & 5
drops of Peppermint Essential Oil. (Or
use another combination)
4. Fill the container slowly with water.
5. Leave room for foaming dispenser top.
