Patient : “Excuse me.”
Midwife 1 : “Yes. Can I help you?”
Patient : “Yes. Seccurity haid, ‘Maternal and Child Health Room at between the
Melati Building and the Information Room.’. is that right?”
Midwife 1 : “Yes, that’s right.”
Patient : “Thank you very much.”
Midwife 1 : “You’re welcome.”

Patient : “Assalamu’alaikum.”
Midewife 2 : “Wa’alaikumsalam. Let’s go in. Can I help you?”
Patient : “Thanks. Yes, I want to control my pregnancy.”
Midwife 2 : “What’s your name?”
Patient : “I am Mrs. Ani from Cibinong.”
Midwife 2 : “How old are you?”
Patient : “I am 25 years old.”
Midwife 2 : “What's your last education?”
Patient : “I graduated from high school.”
Midwife 2 : “What is your religion?”
Patient : “I am islam.”
Midwife 2 : “What’s your job?”
Patient : “I am a housekeeper.”

Midewife 2 : “Good morning, Doc.”
Doctor : “Morning. Can I help you, Mom?”
Midewife 2 : “Yes, Doc. There is a patient named Ny. Ani. She said, she is 25 years old,
graduated from high school, religion is islam, and she is a housekeeper. She
said, She’s not sure if it’s morning sickness but she keep vomiting this whole
week. She doen’t know she would have it in two trimesters.”
Doctor : “Ok, please tell her to come into the my room.”
Midewife 2 : “Yes, Doc.”

Midewife 2 : “Ny. Ani, please come into the Doctor’s room.”
Patient : “Yes, Mom.”

Patient : “Good morning, Doc.”
Doctor : “Good morning, Mom. Sit down please. What’s your complain now?”
Patient : “I’m not sure if it’s morning sickness but I keep vomiting this whole week. I
don’t know I would have it in two trimesters.”
Doctor : “It’s actually normal to have morning sickness throughout your first and
second trimester. Any other symptoms you complain of?”
Patient : “Heartburn. It hurts so much, especially when I have to throw up. It also
made me lose a lot of weight.”
Doctor : “I need to know what you’ve been eating because this might have something
to do with it. Let me guess, you did have problems with your stomach before
your pregnancy, didn’t you?”
Patient : “Yeah, I think I had a stomach disorder.”
Doctor : “We’ll make sure you have a healthy diet after this.”

Doctor : “Mom, May I see your healthy foods book?”
Midewife 2 : “Yes, sure. Here you are. But healthy foods book chapter 2 is being read by
my friend.”
Doctor : “No problem. Where did you buy these books?”
Midewife 2 : “Those were bought in Gramedia."
Patient : “Does you r like a these book so much?”
Midewife 2 : “Yes, I am. A various health books is always bought in a month.”
Patient : “You are books lover.”
Midewife 2 : “Yups. Do you want to go to the bookstore?”
Patient : “Why not! I want to go to the bookstore with my husband tomorrow.”

Doctor : “We’ll have an examination to count how many weeks you’ve been pregnant
and see if everything’s okay. We’ll also see if an ultrasound report is needed.”
Patient : “Okay, thank you.”
Doctor : “Based on the examination that has been carried out, the result is that the your
pregnancy is 5 weeks and 1 day, the estimated delivery is on May 5, 2019, your
pregnancy is still young. So, I haven't checked the stomach, because it's not
palpable. If the thehre is a complain please comeback again here.”
Patient : “Yes, Thanks, Doc. Assalamu’alaikum.”
Doctor : “Ok. You’re welcome. Wa’alaikumsalam.”
