SPRO → SAP Ref. IMG → Enterprise Structure → Definition →
IMG path Financial Accounting → Define company

Enter the above Tcode or follow the given path.

Click on new entries

And fillup the details as mentioned below.

Define Company Code – A group company can have several subsidiary and these
subsidiaries are set up in SAP as company code.

Transaction code OX02

IMG path SPRO → Ref. IMG→Enterprise Structure → Definition →Financial


Accounting →Edit, Copy, Delete, Check Company code

Enter the above Tcode or follow the given path.

Click on Fill up the details as mentioned below.

Save it.

which is used mainly for internal reporting.

→Assign company code to company

Enter the above Tcode or follow the given path.

Click on Position and give your company code.

Press enter and assign company as shown below.

Save it.
