An Observation Guide for BOARD DISPLAYS
1.Go around the school and examine the board displays. How many board
displays do you see?
As of now there’s 31 Bulletin Display in google drive that are uploaded
including my work.
2. Where are the display boards found? Are they in places where target viewers
can see them?
Yes, the Bulletin Board is on the Google Drive that everyone see their work .
3. What are the displays about? What key messages do they convey? What
images and colors do you see? How are the pieces of information and images
arranged?
The Display is all about Classroom Information like Announcement , Class officers,
Class Achievement and also there are quotes that the student able to encourage
and inspire them. In terms to the colors and Image that have in Bulletin board is
so very Colorful and attractive to the people see this Display. All the Information
help students to be updated in their Classroom.
4. What materials were used in making the displays? Are borders used?
I Think the materials that able to use in this Bulletin board is the different kind of
colored papers and pictures that can combine to make in Beautiful .
5. Do you notice some errors? (misspelled words, grammar inconsistencies and
the like)
The bulletin board is Good but the quotes on the side is can’t readable because
they used bright colors in letters . I suggest that they use border on words that
are bright colors for them to read it clearly.
6. Are the messages clear and easily understood?
The message that have in bulletin board is clear and easy to understand .
Because there’s a picture attach on it.
7. Think about what got your attention. Why did it get your attention?
I things that got my attention on the bulletin Board is the Class picture because,
the student specially in elementary they want to see their faces that paste on the
bulletin .

What do you think was the purpose of the board display?
I Think the purpose of Board Display is to give information of those people who
read the Bulletin Board and also to Announce the important things the all the
people or student should know. The bulletin is the surface where the Information
posted.
Did the board display design reflect the likes/interests of its target audience?
Why? Why not?
Yes, Because it helps to catch their attention to read and see what the
announcement posted on the bulletin. So that, Bulletin display should attractive.
Was the language used clear and simple for the target audience to understand?
Why? Why not?
Yes, Because the announcement or information that they posted is can be their
guide or Instructions on what they going to do. So that, it’s important that the
language that used in the bulletin display is clear and Understandable

What suggestions can you make?
The Bulletin Board Display should Colorful and Organize all the Information or the
items So that they can’t confused with the information and to make it Effectively.

Board Title: Nutrition Month Corner
Rationale ( purpose ):
This kind of Bulletin board display is to aware the audience about Nutrition
like the healthy foods that they should eat . And know the healthy habits.
Objectives:
• To determine the Healthy Habits.
• Posting and Announce Activities for the Nutrition.

• The best features in my Proposed bulletin board display is the
design and also the Activities .
• Different trivia’s that related on the theme.
