Two suspects arrested for the death of 19-year-old Leilani Beauchamp appeared in court Tuesday.

COUNT 2 On or about and between October 30, 2021 and October 31, 2021, defendant MARCO ANTONIO QUINTANILLA did commit a felony namely: ACCESSORY AFTER THE FACT- (KNOWLEDGE OF CRIME), a violation of Section 32 of the Penal Code of the State of Califomia, County of Solano, in that said defendant unlawfully, having knowledge that the crime of MURDER, a felony, in violation of Section l87(a) of the PENAL Code of the State of Califomia had been committed by JESSICA QUINTANILLA, did harbor, conceal, and aid said JESSICA QUINTANILLA, with the intent that he/she might avoid and escape from arrest, trial, conviction, and punishment for said felony.
It is further alleged, that prior to the commission of that offense or offenses alleged in Count TWO, the defendant MARCO ANTONIO QUINTANILLA had been convicted of the following serious and/or violent felony, as defined in Penal Code section 667(d) and Penal Code section ll70.l2(b), and is thus subject to sentencing pursuant to the provisions of Penal Code section 667(b)-(j) and Penal Code section ll70.l2:
