LEARNING ACTIVITY 2: INTEGRATING IMAGES EXTERNAL MATERIALS

1. HOW MAIL MERGE WORKS

PHASE 1
Open Word and create a new blank document.
 Click Letters for the document type.
 Click Next: Starting document.

PHASE 2
Choose Starting document.
 Click Use in the current document.
 Click Next: Starting document.

PHASE 3
Snap the mailings tab. Select Recipients. The re cipientss can emerge out of
either Excel document, an Access table or you can make another rundown in
Word.
On the off chance that Using an Existing List:
 Click Use as a current rundown under Select recipients
 Click Browse
 Select the file or document
 Click Open
 Select the worksheet tab name that contains the information
 Click Okay (Mail Merge Recipients opens showing the record

PHASE 4
Snap Start Mail Merge and Write Your Letter
 If including a location, click the area in your report where the
location information will be embedded
 Tap Address bloc
 Select the location components you need
 Click okay and Click on the field from the rundown
