QA Automation Engineer

Project Description

You will be testing a security scanner tool that would analyze a customer environment (CVEs,
antivirus, user, and network assessment), provide a report to the customer on risks, and indicate
which of our customer's products can address the issue. The testing process needs to be
automated and also performance testing is required.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Knowledge of C# or Java programming language


• Strong understanding of OOP principles, SOLID and best practices
• Experience with Visual Studio or similar
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Experience with Nunit/Xunit/Junit
• Experience with Version Control System: Git
• Experience with third-party libraries/ APIs & back-end integration using REST web
services
Nice to have:

• SQL knowledge
• Experience with Pester
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress or similar
• Experience in creating test framework from scratch
• Knowledge of Performance Testing and tools

Testing Requirements:

• Experience in testing web and desktop applications


• Understanding of SDLC processes and QA principles
• Knowledge of the Fundamental Testing Process
• Knowledge of the Test Levels &Types
• Knowledge of Defect lifecycle
• Agile Knowledge

Other Skills:

• Good English skills are required


• Proactive attitude
• Ability to efficiently communicate with colleagues and other departments - team working
is mandatory
• Motivation to constantly achieve high quality results
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
