Dear sir!

Your system had been probably supplied by Wilhelmsen, Sweden is having public holiday these days so I
can’t verify your system version. I will rely on your feedback and attached document you provided to us.

Please use attached file to recover the control panel.


Crew members can reach me if below instructions seems difficult.
My mobile phone number +90 545 489 5189, have WhatsApp available.

Preparations:
1. Prepare an ordinary USB flash memory (lower capacity is better)
2. Connect your USB flash memory to your PC and format it. It is essential that no other files or folders
should exist.
3. Copy&paste attached cm_bios_v2p file into the formatted USB flash memory.
4. You should use the Safely Remove Hardware icon on the PC and eject your device before unplugging
it.

Installation:
5. Locate the MAINS breaker and power off MAINS 230VAC
6. Locate the EMERGENCY breaker and power off EM’CY 230VAC
7. Remove one of the pole heads of internal batteries of fire alarm.
HINT:
Any led indicators must lit off if all power sources switched off as expected. The fire alarm should be blank.

8. Connect the USB flash memory onto fire alarm control panel (see picture)
9. Power on EMERGENCY 230VAC
10. Connect battery pole head which was removed
11. The installation of attached file will be executed automatically.
12. Observe BIOS UPDATE OK message inside the LCD display of control panel (see picture)

HINT:
The installation takes less than 30 seconds normally. If the message BIOS UPDATE OK appears proceed to
steps 13 and 14. If you can’t get the expected BIOS UPDATE OK message inside the LCD display of control
panel, try again from the beginning with another USB Flash memory. Do not attempt more than 3 times. The
problem might be hardware related and BIOS update won’t recover the system. Please revert with results in
any circumstances.

Operration:
13. Switch off EMERGENCY 230VAC power supply, remove battery pole head, system will be blank.
14.Wait 10 seconds and connect both MAINS and EMERGENCY 230VAC and battery pole head as well.

Final & Testing:


15. You should wait 5-10 minutes before all detectors initialized by the central, usually when the WARNING
led indicator lit off. Please test several fire detectors and manual call point easily accessible, usually bridge
detectors.
