Lever Calibration BWU09

Calibration of BWU09 Bridge wing unit

With engine Stopped and Start Blocked, or ECR command.


Do not do this with engine running and current lever in command!

From the BWU09 choose “MAIN MENU”.

Then enter password 41436 and press enter.


Then choose “CALIBRATE LEVER” and press (enter)

The calibration page will come up. Set the BWU lever to Stop and press (enter) to
calibrate the current lever step. (you might need to push the “enter” button a few times to
obtain correct calibration value ref. Below table).

Repeat this for every step AHEAD and then do the same for ASTERN. When this is done
move the lever trough all steps and verify that the values are according to table shown
below:
If the value in each step is not according to the table shown above, please repeat the
calibration procedure and observe result.
