by the Engnner. (above 20 ton)
20 Performing Integrity Test (low strain) on vertical pile. The item shall include chipping of As per Seprate sheet
weak concrete at the top of pile, leveling, bending of reinforcing bars, preparation of pile Attached
head including testing with pile driving analyser or approved equivalent. To be carried
out at least 15days after concreting of piles. A specialist approved Agency shall be
employed by the Contractor for the test. The test shall be carried out as per relevant
ASTM code.The item is including complete testing with approved apparatus, analysis of
results and conclusions including submission of test reports in three hard copies with soft
copy in CD.
21 Providing and installing MS liner for bored-cast-in-situ concrete piles including applying As per Seprate sheet

per manufacture's recommandations and the colour of the marker should be as per the

done from RDSO approved firms only. 2. The rate is inclusive of assembly of girder with
service bolts as per approved drawing in shop for checking by Engineer's
representative and dismantling the same after checking for transportation to the site. 3.
Weight of HSFG bolts, Rivets, Welds shall not be considered for payment. Nominal
weight of the girder spans including its components (Stiffeners, Bracings, Splices, Studs
etc.) as per drawing will only be considered for payment.

of supply, erection and dismantling of staging and scaffolding and other temporary
arrangements required for the purpose of assembly, erection and launching of girders.
The rate shall also be inclusive of cold straightening of deformed and bent girder parts
before/after their assembly. Work has to be done as per drawings and specifications
approved by Railway. Note: Weight of HSFG bolts, Rivets, Welds shall not be
considered for payment. Nominal weight of the girder spans including its components
(Stiffeners, Bracings, Splices, Studs etc.) as per drawing will only be considered for

74 Fabricating, supplying and erecting in position standard structural steel sections As per Seprate sheet
manufactured from IS approved manufacturers only ,conforming to IS :2062 - 1992 Attached
(including latest amendments) including welding with approved quality welding rods,
supply and fixing of correct size turn bolts including one primer coat of red lead paint
conforming to IS:102 or Zinc chromate paint conforming to IS:104 followed by tow coats
of Aluminium paint as per IS : 2339 with all contractor's materials, labour, tools and
plants etc in bolted/welded construction as directed by Engineer in charge. Work shall be
carried out as per IS:800-1984 (with latest amendments), IRS specification No. B3-61
