Buyer is agree below terms and conditions. We are submitting this letter of intent under the
provision that the bank instrument be issued with the modified text verbiage of buyer bank approval
which buyer will present for approval and confirmation with the provider.

Product : %100 REFINED SUN FLOWER OIL – FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION

Origin : UKRAINE

Quantity : 5,000 MT per month X 12 months

Package : 5 LT PET BOTTLE (4 Bottles in corrugated box)

Contract : 12 months

Price : 940$ per mt.

Destination : CIF GUINEA CONAKRY

Payment 1 A : %30 Advance payment against some documents such as PPOP + etc.

A) Notarized signed sealed purchase agreement.

B) Proforma invoice.

C) Commitment letter to supply.

D) Certificate of Origin.

E) Refinery company registration certificate.

F) Product passport certificate.

G) Statement of availability of product
