IV. INTRODUCTION
Pursuant to the provisions of DM-OSEC-NEAP-OD-2020-0827 entitled
“Implementation of the Learning Delivery Modality 2 (LDM2) Course for
Instructional Coaches and Teachers Under the Basic Education Learning
Continuity Plan (BE-LCP)” and to improve the readiness of the teachers and school
leaders for the implementation and management of learning delivery modalities
consistent with policies and COVID 19 response framework adopted by the
government this LAC session is hereby implemented so as to help the teachers in
the teaching-learning process in the modalities.

V. ACCOMPLISHMENT
The LAC session was facilitated by Maria Christina B. Sereno, MT II of
TSHS with the following agenda:
1. Course Overview of LDM 2 on Practicum Evaluation Portfolio;
2. How to craft the LDM 2 on Practicum Evaluation Portfolio.

VII. RECOMMENDATION/SUGGESTION
All teachers must be attentive in the next sessions.

The value of cooperation and camaraderie help the success of the activity.

through a PowerPoint presentation. Moreover, the LAC Facilitator and LAC
Members completed LAC form.
2. Crafting the Practicum Portfolio
The facilitator discussed about crafting the practicum portfolio.
3. Other matters
The school principal discussed some other matters such as the
printing of modules and the provisions of the bond papers and inks.
