ARNIS: Fighting for Honor!

it gives me joy to see other people getting interested in the Philippines’ National Martial Art and
Sport, as declared by Republic Act No. 9850. As a form of self-defense, we all want to make ourselves
prepared against attack and aggression. As a means of maintaining good health, arnis forms part of our
physical fitness regimen.

As what Jezeer Reyes said, “All people have the right to say no to abuse and intimidation through
self-defense techniques.”

Arnis was not intended to harm other people but to defend ourselves from bad people. We
shoould realize that this kind of sports make us be prepared and ready everyday. That is why for me,
learning Arning will never be useless insted it will be worthy for everyone.
