I, Harsha Navnit Doshi, Aged- 612 years, residing at A/1, Ajanta
Apartment, Behind Kalidas Hall, Murar Road, Mulund West, Mumbai 400
080, do hereby solemnly affirm and say as under:
1. I say that I am the Niece (Brother’s Daughter) of Jayaben Jadavji
Zaveri, the deceased abovenamed, who died at Mumbai, on 20 th July,
2017.
2. I say that I am aware that Jayaben Jadavji Zaveri, the deceased
abovenamed, had left her lasther last Will and Testament dated 13th
dayth day of February, 2016February, , under2016, whichunder
shewhich she appointed (appointed (1) Sharad ChatrabhujSharad
Chatrabhuj Zaveri and 2) Kishore Shantilal Shah, as the Executors of
her said Last Will & Testament.
3. I further say that I am also aware that Petitionersthat
abovenamedPetitioners abovenamed have filedhave filed the above
Testamentary Petition, in the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at
Bombay, for grant of Probate of the Last Will and Testament dated 13th
dayth day of February, 2016February, 2016 of the deceasedthe deceased

abovenamed, being the Executors named under the said Last Will and
Testament.

4. I further say that I do not wish to file any Objection/ Caveat in the
aforesaid Testamentary Petition.
5. I, being the Niece (Niece Brother’s( Brother’s Daughter )
ofDaughter) of Jayaben JadavjiJayaben ZaveriJadavji Zaveri, the
deceased abovenameddeceased abovenamed, do hereby give my full and
free consent to the grant of Probate of the Last Will and Testament dated
13th day of February, 2016 of the deceased in favour of the
Petitioners abovenamed, without justifying any surety for my share in
the property left by the deceased.
I, hereby waive, the service of the citation alongwithalongwith copy of
the above petition whichpetition which is required to be served upon me.
