CONSENT AFFIDAVIT
I, Meena Chhaya Mansukhlal Shah, Aged- 6259 years, residing at
Building No.106, House No.3199, 1st Floor, Opp Saibaba Bakery,
Ghatkopar East, Mumbai 400 075A/1, Ajanta Apartment, Behind Kalidas
Hall, Murar Road, Mulund West, Mumbai 400 080, do hereby solemnly
affirm and say as under:
1. I say that I am the Niece Legal Heir (Brother’s Daughter) of
Jayaben Jadavji Zaveri, the deceased abovenamed, who died at Mumbai,
on 20th July, 2017.
2. I say that I am aware that Jayaben Jadavji Zaveri, the deceased
abovenamed, had left her last Will and Testament dated 13 th day of
February, 2016, under which she appointed (1) Sharad Chatrabhuj
Zaveri and 2) Kishore Shantilal Shah, as the Executors of her said Last
Will & Testament.
3. I further say that I am also aware that Petitioners abovenamed
have filed the above Testamentary Petition, in the Hon’ble High Court of
Judicature at Bombay, for grant of Probate of the Last Will and Testament
dated 13th day of February, 2016 of the deceased abovenamed, being
the Executors named under the said Last Will and Testament.

4. I further say that I do not wish to file any Objection/ Caveat in the
aforesaid Testamentary Petition.
5. I, being the Niece ( Brother’s Daughter )Legal Heir of Jayaben
Jadavji Zaveri, the deceased abovenamed, do hereby give my full and
free consent to the grant of Probate of the Last Will and Testament dated
13th day of February, 2016 of the deceased in favour of the
Petitioners abovenamed, without justifying any surety for my share in
the property left by the deceased.
6. I, hereby waive, the service of the citationn alongwith copy of the
above petition which is required to be served upon me.
