        In line with Milky Bits’ mission and vision, the following goals were
identified:
        1. To provide food with high quality by promoting food manufacturing
           excellence to sustain the needs of the market in a dynamic technological
           environment and to become a leading food manufacturer internationally.
        2. To provide affordability of food by minimizing productions costs to
           satiate hunger in a global perspective.
        3. To provide convenience of food by manufacturing food that is
           consumable on any given time and place.
        4. To provide nourishment to consumers by fortifying the product offerings
           with essential nutrients to promote a healthy society around the world.
        5. To develop food offerings that are globally recognized for its excellence
           as an advocate of the collective goal of promoting social welfare and
           well-being by providing food that is affordable, convenient, nutritious,
           and good-tasting.
Objectives
      In pursuit of Milky Bits’ goals, it commits itself to achieve the following
objectives:
      1. To provide, maintain, and upgrade manufacturing facilities to promote a
         pleasant and productive workplace.
      2. To improve the manufacturing process by using kaizen as a model to
         reduce waste and to improve productivity, effectiveness, and safety.
      3. To improve manufacturing technology and machineries by constantly
         updating these based on new discoveries, inventions, and innovations.
      4. To elicit ways on minimizing production costs mainly on labor and raw
         materials efficiency and effectiveness maximization, as well as on
         lessening administrative and other expenses.
      5. To incessantly innovate the product by introducing new product variants
         and features in consideration of its range without sacrificing affordability.
      6. To improve product distribution by including small to large scale
         distributors from both urban and rural areas made available by wholesale
         and retail in consideration of its reach.
      7. To provide food that is convenient to consume by introducing product
         packaging and specifications focused on facilitating consumer use.
      8. To promote a healthy lifestyle to consumers by fortifying food with
         essential nutrients with the benefit of enjoyment primarily delivered by
         good product taste.
      9. To advocate the aim of raising environmental-awareness by using
         materials that are environment-friendly.
      10. To comply with regulatory requirements in view of promoting high
