To determine the presence of any drug.

FINDINGS:

Screening tests conducted on the above-stated specimen gave the following results:
1. Specimen WCPD-R-01-2019 – contains the following substance: milk (water,
proteins, lactose and minerals), phospholipids and traces of KETAMINE.
