 Labor Shortage 1. Provide them double or more


income and salary than being
employed in our own land.
2. Having a trained workforce. “An
investment in your employees’ skill
sets is an investment in your
company” –Redshift by Autodesk
3. Use Contingent Workers, some of
them has ability to do task with high
quality and performance. Also some
of them well trained than other
permanent worker.
 Sustainability 1. Use of other material that have
quality and affordable cost.
2. Segregate waste efficiently, waste
management is a key area of concern
within the construction industry
today.
3. Keep your equipment running
efficiently to sustain a task.

 Productivity 1. Focus on unproductive time.


Because some of workers spend
their remaining time on
unproductive activities, such as
waiting for equipment and materials,
waiting for instructions or waiting
for work areas to be ready.

2. Better Communication, poor


communication between supervisors
and workers can result in
unnecessary mistakes, causing
productivity suffer.

3. Don’t blame your workers

safety protocols from the start.

healthy work environment.
