DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and executed by:

BOBBY DELA CRUZ, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with


residence and postal address at 456 Casa Pura, Brgy. Culiat, Quezon
City, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR

- AND -

ANDREW F. MEDINA, Filipino and with residence and postal


address at #75 Mango St., San Antonio, Las Pinas City; hereinafter
referred to as the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDOR is the registered owner of a certain parcel of


land together with all the improvements found therein, as evidenced by
TCT No. 123456-R located in #69 Hobart St., ABC Homes, Las Piñas
City, Philippines

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS


Philippine Currency (Php1,000,000.00), receipt in full is hereby is
acknowledged to his entire satisfaction, the VENDOR do hereby SELL,
TRANSFER and CONVEY, unto the said VENDEE, their heirs and
assigns, the above-described parcel of lot, with all the improvement
found thereon.

That the VENDOR hereby warrants his title over the land above-
described, with full right to dispose of the same, free from all liens and
encumbrances, and that henceforth, full right of ownership and
possession of the whole property shall pertain to the buyers.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed this deed of


absolute sale, this 1ST day of December, 2018, in the City of Las Piñas.
