COMPARATIVE PROPERTY DATA
KD-3013 & KD-4014
Self Curable Bisphenol-A type Half-Capped Epoxy Resins
KD-3013 and KD-4014 Epoxy Resins are bisphenol-A type half-capped epoxy resin, and designed for
applications of high performance powder coating, especially FBE(Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating). The most
advantage of these products is that residual bisphenol-A content is the less than one percent by weight. Also,
these products have excellent performance of block resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical properties.

high viscosity, long pot-life and good water resistance.
POLYAMIDES G-series
Polyamide-Adducts provide good compatibility and faster
dry under severe conditions than standard polyamides.

Low viscosity. Exhibit very good adhesion, particularly to

concrete.
AMIDOAMINES G-A series
Modified Amidoamine can offer faster cure speed, lower
viscosity and good chemical resistance.

Wide range of products has a different properties.

High reactivity and fast cure at room or low temperature.
ALIPHATIC Relatively moisture sensitivity.
KH-5 series
AMINES Good chemical resistance, particularly to solvents.
For heat-cure applications, very good chemical resistance
and electrical and mechanical properties.

Good film properties such as excellent gloss.

CYCLOALIPHATIC Resistance to amine blush and water-spotting.
KH-8 series
AMINES For heat-cure applications, good elevated-temperature
performance and very good chemical resistance.

For heat-cure applications, low viscosity.

AROMATIC
Lower exothermic and higher heat resistance. TH-series
AMINES
Very good chemical resistance and electrical properties.

Good cure at low temperature condition.

Good chemical resistance and anti-corrosive.
PHENALKAMINES KMH-series
High-solid and solvent free system are available for marine
coating.

Water is a diluent, instead of solvents in waterborne-epoxy

WATERBORNE system.
KH-7 series
CURING AGENTS This system with Zero-VOC may not affect on
environmental conditions.

This includes tertiary amines, imidazoles substituted urea

(e.g., thiourea.).
ACCELERATOR
Tertiary amines and imidazoles are excellent accelerators KH-30
