A note regarding the provided design data
All data in this report is formatted for design with ACI 318-08, Appendix D (American Concrete Institute).
Seismic technical data has been determined through testing with an external accredited laboratory per
ICC-ES AC193 test number 18 for seismic pulsating tension and test number 19 for alternating seismic
shear. Seismic tests have been conducted in accordance with ACI 355.2, Qualification of Post-Installed
Mechanical Anchors in Concrete. For additional technical data or product information, please note the
indicated approvals and certificates.

The data in this table is intended for use with the design provisions of ACI 318 Appendix D; for anchors resisting
seismic load combinations the additional requirements of ACI D.3.3 shall apply.
2
Values of in this table apply when the load combinations for ACI 318 Section 9.2, IBC Section 1605.2.1 are used and
the requirements of ACI 318 D.4.4 for Condition B are met. If the load combinations of ACI 318 Appendix C are used,
the appropriate value of must be used. For situations where reinforcement meets the requirements of Condition A,
ACI 318 Section D.4.4 provides the appropriate factor.
3
The characteristic pullout resistance for concrete compressive strengths (measured on cylinders with h/d = 300/150mm
or 12”/6”) greater than 20,0 MPa may be increased by multiplying the value in the table by (f’c/20)1/2 for MPa or
(f’c/2900)1/2 for psi. Maximum compressive strength is 55 MPa (8000 psi).
4
The HST M10 and M12 are considered as ductile steel elements and M16 is considered a brittle steel element as
defined by ACI 318 D.1
