A RESOLUTION ENDORSING TO THE PNP REGIONAL DIRECTOR THE APPLICANTS


FOR POLICE OFFICER IN THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE

WHEREAS , Republic Act No. 8551, entitled “An Act Providing for the
Reform and Reorganization of the Philippine National Police and for
other purposes, Amending Certain Provisions of R.A 6975, An Act
Establishing the Philippine National Police under a Reorganized Department
of the Interior and Local Government, and for Other Purposes,” specifically
Section 2014 thereof, amended the minimum qualification for appointment
embodied in Section 30 of Republic Act No. 6975;

WHEREAS, the National Police Commission issued Memorandum Circular


No. 2008-003 Prescribing additional eligibilities as appropriate for Police
Officer 1 under item b, section III of NAPOLCOM Memorandum Circular no.
2007-009 entitled “Prescribing the procedures and guidelines for the
recruitment , selection and appointment of the PNP uniformed personnel
and termination of service of newly appointed Police Officer 1 ( PO1 ) while
still in temporary status.”;

WHEREAS, the National Police Commission issued Memorandum Circular


2007-009 prescribing the procedures and guidelines for the recruitment ,
selection and appointment of the PNP uniformed personnel and
termination of service of newly appointed Police Officer 1 (PO1 ) while still
in temporary status.”;

WHEREAS, the Ad Hoc Committee after assessing the application


documents submitted to the body found them in order and worthy of
recommendation.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved upon the motion of Marilou E. Alovera,


Secretariat of the Ad Hoc Committee, duly seconded by the other members
, to approve the endorsement of the following applicants for Police Officer
1 for final screening in PRO CARAGA, Camp Rodriguez, Libertad, Butuan
City:

FURTHER RESOLVED, to endorse the said applicants for Police Officer 1 to
PCSUPT GILBERT DE LA CRUZ Regional Director, Police Regional Office 13

screening;

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, to furnish copy of this Resolution to the Office


of the Municipal Mayor and the Office of the Sangguniang Panlunsod, Pilar
Surigao del Norte on October 17, 2019 for their information and guidance.
