Opening:

The meeting of Group 1 was called to order at 1:00 pm on September 15,2020 via zoom meeting.

The agenda was unanimously approved about the discussion in planning for layout of office design

Discussion:

-Via videocall we discuss about planning the office design layout

-Suggested by Janet Cleofas and Monica Cornejo that the design and over all style will be a Modern
office
-the estimated budget for furnitures and crafts that needed for the layout

-furniture designs

- location and measurement of space

°Lobby- 6.82 m x 12.22 m

°Cubicle - 1.34 m x 17.79 m

°Head Office- 9.36m x 10.98 m

°Hallway- 3.4 m x 17.98 m

°Pantry-4.91 m x 6.39 m

°Comfort room-4.91m x 6.39 m

°Conference room- 6.35 m x 8.81 m

°CEO office- 11.8 m x 8.5 m

-Action Plan (details of office design)

First room is the lobby, where the front desk and receiving area is located. Then on the right side of
room, there's a door leading to the per department's cubbicle. Another is, from the lobby's hallway, the
first door on the left side is the conference room, the second is the pantry, and the comfort's room.
While the departments head offices are on the right door. The last room in the hallway is the CEO's
office.

Adjournment:

The meeting was adjourned at 1:40 pm.
