  Best Practices - Mitigation Actions
In link with the second scenario, TSM has been revised in order to detect spurious cases and so avoid

SAS (Meyer Rolf) - 09 Jun 2011 - Identify Issue
Not a big problem at SAS. All 3 cases has been solved by replacing the FMU PN 8061-63x. Maybe the TSM should take the FMU
     into consideration before the EEC.
DLH (Kilchert Roland) - 09 Jun 2011 - Identify Issue
DLH had a few occurrences with ENG OVSPD PROT FAULT messages due to broken overspeed valve switch activation rod
because of a insufficient clearance between the over speed valve switch activation rod and the heat shield of the electro-hydraulic
servo valve compartement. This problem occurs on Wooward FMUs which are post SBE V2500-ENG-73-0191.
This on-wing problem can be fixed by following the TSM strictly.
With implementing SBE V2500-ENG-73-0215 on the FMUs in shop, a new designed heat shield will be incorporated to provide
sufficient clearance between the over speed valve switch activation rod and the heat shield of the electro-hydraulic servo valve
     compartment, hopefully curing the problem.
