4. Newton's Law of cooling states that the rate of change of tempertature of a substance is
proportional to the difference between the temperature of the object and the surrounding
temperature, with θ is the temperature of the substance and θ0 is the temperature of the
surrounding. Form a differential equation relating θ and θ0 . [1

Boiling water at 100°C is left to cool in a kitchen with surrounding temperature 25 ° C.
