Respected Sir,

I am writing this letter to seek permission for shooting for our


upcoming film “Sangram”, produced by M/s Fun World
Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. with office located at 54, Sunshine
Royal, Bandra (E), Mumbai. Some scenes of this film have
been scheduled to be shot at Juhu Beach, Mumbai. We are
planning to have this shoot on 11 th January, 2019 from 7.00 am
to 3 pm. For this shoot, we will be team of 50-55 people.

We have picked Sunday as the day for shooting so that there is


least inconvenience to public and traffic issues are also
minimized. During the above mentioned duration, our team
promises to abide by all the rules and regulations and ensure
no inconvenience is caused to the public because of shooting.

We request you to kindly grant the permission for the shooting


and also provide us with the required assistance to manage the
public and traffic.
