Form OM 1 Create / Maintain A Position in SAP HR

This form is used to create or maintain positions in SAP HR. It can be used to: create a new position; amend an existing position; implement funds and position management; or maintain position classification or budget information. The form requires information such as the position name and number, grade, organizational unit, cost center, and reporting relationships. Multiple approvals are needed including from the line manager, general manager, and HR or CHO/CEO. The OM administrator will create or update the position in SAP HR once the completed form is received.
