 Person responsible for erecting the scaffold must
hold a basic scaffolds certificate. If there are no
qualified/experienced workers available, the scaffold
must be ordered from an external provider who can
supply and erect as per the minimum standards.
 .Utilize safe manual handling practices, including
share lifting if required
 A pre-work inspection of the scaffold must be
conducted to ensure adequate access, work
platforms and hand railing & toe board is in place.
 Proper illumination must be ensured if working at

 Electric shock  No cuts and joints in supply cable.  SAFETY/SUPERVI
 IS standard cable must be used SOR/workers
 Noise impact  Fire watcher should be maintained
 Fire watcher training must be conducted
 All the combustible material should be removed
 Providing fire extinguisher nearby
 Earplug should be maintained to avoid noise impact
 The worker should maintain all the ppe to avoid the heat
and burn hazard
 All PPE Must be Use – ( safety helmet , Goggles, face
shield, safety Jacket, filter Nose mask , Cut Resistant and
leather hand gloves safety shoes

 Ensure fevicol will be in small container to reduce

 Eye injury the risk of spills of large amounts and label the
containers used.
 Environmental spill kits to be available in the area of
work. Spills to be clean up as per MSDS.
 The remaining material should kept at yard separate
place

 Use rubber hand gloves, gumboots and full hand


sleeves to avoid skin irritant.
 Use filter nose mask to avoid inhalation
 Wear goggle to be free from eye injury
 Cut injury  Aluminium insulation fixing by the screw driver  SAFETY/SUPERVI
 Fall of material and person  Aluminium sheet should hold securely to avoid cut injury at SOR/workers
height
 Always wear full body harness work at height
