RESEARCHER of the Provincial Legal Office (PLO) to file urgent pleading to the

not able to use partially the BIOMETRIC machine for his attendance purposes on

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Accomplishment report of JOEDEL S. UY, as LEGAL ASSISTANT of the
Provincial Legal Office (PLO), Zamboanga del Sur for the period of June 1-30, 2018
1. Support the lawyers of the Provincial Legal Office (PLO) in the preparation of pleadings.
2. Act as aid-de camp of the lawyers of the PLO during their out-of- town trial.
3. Prepare commercial documents as well as affidavits to clients of the lawyers of the PLO.
4. Serve as liaison of the lawyers of the PLO to the different offices of the Provincial
Government.
5. Mailed pleadings done by the lawyers of the Provincial Legal Office to different branches
of the courts, be it first level courts or courts of general jurisdiction.

J U S T I F IC A T I O N
TO WHOM MAY IT CONCERN:
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that UY, JOEDEL S. Administrative Aide II (Messenger)
of the Provincial Legal Office (PLO). Was instructed by Atty. Robert H. Rosales
verbally thru his personal cell phone to mail his important documents (IPCR ’17) from the
Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO), to him at Manila, thru LBC.
Unfortunately, it was rainy day on that time & I wait for the rain to stop before I’ll go.
However at 4:42 pm even there was rain I went to LBC to mail the said important
documents. After the mailing the rain was so strong and I didn’t go back to the Provincial
Capitol. This is sorry to say, I was not able to comply the use partially and completely the
BIOMETRIC machine for my attendance purposes on June 24, 2019, with due to bad
weather condition.
That finally, I don’t have any intention to violate any Memorandum or instruction
issued by the Provincial Government of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
This justification is being issued to support his claim of salary for the aforementioned
period.
