NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE FIRST RECOGNITION RITES (CLASSROOM-
BASED) AND PARENT-TEACHER ADVISER CONFERENCE DURING THE 6 TH
DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2019, FIRST QUARTER - SY 2019-2020
The First Recognition Rites (Classroom-based) for the First Semester was held during
the 6th day of September, 2019 which was begun by signing of attendance at exactly 8:00 in
the morning. It was formally started with a prayer led by John Paul A. Labiano, grade-11
student. A simple remarks was then delivered by Ms. Hannae Alyza N. Pascua, grade-11
adviser, for the fruitfull accomplishments of students during the quarter followed by the
distribution of academic and merits awards to the deserving students. The rites was ended by
distributing of report cards to the parents which can be glance a feeling of happiness and
being proud of on both students and parents.
The second part was the parent-teacher adviser conference. The grade-11 adviser
reported the well accomplished performance of each students, the things to be improved
about theirselves most specially their learning performance and some undertakings on their
characters. The adviser also reminded the parents/guardians for the needed permanent
records. Finally, the parent and adviser was formed a close agreement to help each others for
the best of the students. The adviser ended the conference with a thankfulness to each parent
who supported the first activity then directed them to see each subject teacher involved.

NARRATIVE REPORT ON MASS INDUCTION CEREMONY, SECOND
RECOGNITION RITES AND PARENT-TEACHER ADVISER CONFERENCE
DURING THE 6TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 2019, FIRST QUARTER - SY 2019-2020
The Mass Induction Ceremony for the School Year 2019-202 was held at the School
Amphitheatre during the 6th day of November, 2019 at exactly 8:00 in the morning. It was
formally started with the singing of the National Anthem, Isabela Hymn and MLQNHS
Hymn conducted by Jei Ann B. Simon, grade-10 student and solemnized by a doxology. The
ceremony was opened by Rev. Jackeline M. Asuncion, GPTA Vice-President by her words of
welcome followed by the message of the former GPTA President of School Year 2018-2019,
Mr. Alexander P. Gabriel. The floor was overwhelmed by an intermission number coming
from the selected grade 10 students. After, Mrs. Jennelyn L. Bernardo, Teacher III introduced
the inducting officer, none other than SB Mario G. Cube, Sr. of the Municipality of San
Isidro. Hon. Mario G. Cube immediately executed the Induction Proper of Teacher’s
Association, GPTA Officers, HRPTA Officers, SSG Officers, Editorial Board, Club Officers
and Classroom Officers and leave an inspiring and striving words. The rites was ended by
awarding the certificate to the Inducting Officer.
The second part of the programme was the Second Quarter Recognition Rites. It was
the awarding of certificates, merit awards to both parents and students by each grade levels
given by each respective advisers. Awarding of recognitions was started from grade 7 –
Matatag (Mrs. Analyn D. Macapugay), followed by Grade 7 – Masunurin (Mrs. Sherryl Y.
Suguitan), Grade 8 – Maalalahanin (Mrs. Eulanda A. Flotildes), Grade 9 – Masayahin
(Jayson G. Racca), Grade 10 – Matapat (Mrs. Myr-Ann S. Salazar), Grade 11 – Malikhain
(Ms. Hannae Alyza N. Pascua) and lastly, Grade 12 – Masikap (Mrs. Evelyn R. Seraficca).
The fruits reaped at the right season was then acknowledge by the Officer-In-Charge, Mrs.
Rochelle C. Palapuz. And formally closed by Rev. Nelmarie B. Maximo, present GPTA
President.
The third part was the parent-teacher adviser classroom-based conference. The grade-
11 adviser, Ms. Hannae Alyza N. Pascua, reported the well-accomplished performance of
each students, the improvements as well as the things to be improved in their learning
performance. The adviser also distributed the report cards and directed the parent to see each
subject teacher involved.

DAY OF FEBRUARY 2020, THIRD QUARTER - SY 2019-2020
The Third Recognition Rites (Classroom-based) for the Second Semester was held
during the 4th day of February, 2020 which was begun by signing of attendance at exactly
8:00 in the morning. It was started with a prayer led by Grace E. Ramat, grade-11 student. A
welcome and words of gratitude was then delivered by Ms. Hannae Alyza N. Pascua, grade-
11 adviser, for the fruitfull accomplishments of students during the quarter followed by the
distribution of academic and merits awards to the deserving students. The rites was ended by
distributing of report cards to the parents which can be gleaned a fulfilled feelings on both
students and parents.
