(v) The polybag will be placed in plastic container for better
safety. The plastic container will be packed in cardboard box to
avoid any kind of damage during transit.
(vi) Total 64 fine aggregate sample bags will be prepared for
the PT round. (20 for participants, 20 for homogeneity, 10 for
stability and 14 for spare samples) A.M./Q.M./T.M.
(vii) These plastic container will be pasted with tags marked as
GESPTP/MECH-01/Fin A/SCH-08/20-21/SR-1A, 1B, 2A, 2B
3A, 3B... and so on.
(viii) All prepared samples will be kept securely away from
heat and moisture.
(ix) Tags will be secured by pasting self-glued transparent
tapes. The PT items will be packed appropriately and marked
with a unique identity to ensure the integrity of item during the
transit & test.
(x) All test results will be considered on actual basis and no
rounding will be done as per relevant code.
(xi) Samples so prepared will be randomly selected from the lot
for homogeneity testing, dispatch to participants through
courier and stability testing.
(xii) The homogeneity and stability of the samples will be
assessed by the statistical calculations as per IS: 13528:2015.
