QUOTATION NOTICE
Medical Superintendent cum Vice Principal, NRS Medical College & Hopital, 138 A J C Bose Road,
Kolkata-700 014, invites sealed quotation from the bonafied Publishers / Book Sellers, for purchasing of
the following Nursing Books and Nursing Journals for Library of Nursing Training School, NRS
Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata.
‘The last date for submission of sealed quotation has been finalized on 20 November, 2017 up to 2 p.m.
Sealed Quotation should be submitted to the Office of the Senior Sister Tutor, Nursing Training School,
RS Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata-700 014, with the following terms and conditions --
1) The quotations are to be submitted in a sealed cover marked with the quotation No, & Date.
2) The Rate should be quoted both in. figures and in words,
3) The lowest rate will be accepted
4) After delivery of books, in case of any complaint / problem, the successful bidder has to change
‘replace the book/books within 3 (Three ) days from the date of receipt of complaint
5) The Hospital Authority has the right to accept or reject of any quotation / quotations, without
assigning of any reason.
©) The successful bidder should delivery the listed books within 7 (Seven) days from the date of
receipt of work order.
7) Altested copied of Trade License, P.Tax, PAN Card, GST Certificate to be submitted,
