ICAIEA2018 - Extended Abstract-Template
Abstract – Each extended abstract should contain an abstract of about 200 words and should be typed
written using Times New Roman, Font size 12, bold and italic, single line spacing.
Keywords – Please provide not more than 5 keywords and should be typed written using Times New
Roman, Font size 12, bold and italic.
I.INTRODUCTION
This document contains the guidelines for preparation and submission of extended abstract for
ICAIEA2018. Please adhere strictly to these instructions to assure rapid production of high quality
conference proceedings.
The extended abstract should be typed written in Microsoft Word, including tables and figures and it
must not exceed 2 pages. The text shall be typed within a print area with margins of approximately similar
with this extended abstract format and guidelines from top, bottom, right and left sides of the paper.
Therefore, it is advisable to prepare the extended abstract using the present template. No page number
should appear on the extended abstract. The body of the extended abstract should be typed set in single-
column using the single space format. The title should be centred across the page with the first letter of
each word in capital letter. It should be typed in bold face using 14-point Times New Roman Font.
The extended abstract should include names and addresses of all authors. The authors name should be
typed using Times New Roman, font size 12. The affiliation and mailing address of each author should be
typed using font size 10. The phone number, fax number and e-mail address of the corresponding author
should be included. The rest of the text should be typed written in Times New Roman, font size 12 and
formatted to include the following headings: Introduction, Methodology, Expected Results and
References The section headings should be in font size 12, capital letter, bold faced, centred across the
column and numbered consecutively.
The subsection headings should be typed written in font size 12, italic face with title case and numbered
consecutively as A, B, C, etc. The figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and inserted
within the text. Both tables and figures should be centred across the page. Example of table presentation is
shown in Table 1.

The figure captions should be placed below the illustrations, whereas the table captions should be
placed above the content of presentation. Both captions should be typed written in Times New Roman,
font size 12. Example of figure illustration is shown in Figure 1.

All photographs and figures should have a good contrast quality and are black and white glossy prints.
All equations should be centred across the column, numbered consecutively with the respective number
given in parentheses as follows:

The references should be numbered and cited in text using square bracket in the following manner [1],
[2-5] etc. A list of references should be provided under the section of references. All the references should
be listed by number under the section of REFERENCES.
The extended abstract should be in MS Word format. The submitted extended abstract will be reviewed
and responded appropriately based on the approval from the panel of reviewers. All related information is

Please provide your expected result and analysis of the result to be reviewed by the reviewer.
V. SUMMARY
The content of the extended abstract should maintain its consistency with the content of the full paper.
The extended abstract should cover Introduction, Methodology, Expected Results and References. Thank
