PVC Paste Resin (Homopolymer) EL-102

General properties Rheological properties

EL-102 is a low molecular weight emulsion type

100
PVC homopolymer.
It produces plastisol exhibiting low viscosity at

Viscosity (Pa.s)
low shear rate and newtonian flow at high shear

Applications Guide formulations

EL-102 produces plastisols which are ideal for Wall Covering

the manufacture of foamed wall paper and foamed EL-102 100 phr
flooring by spread coating. DOP 60~70
Blowing agent(ADCA or OBSH) 0~3
EL-102 plastisols are also ideal for the spread Filler(calcium carbonate) 40~80
coating of chemically blown foams with a fine TiO2 10
cell structure produced at low-medium oven Kicker(ZnO) 0.5~1
temperatures. Stabilizer 3
Diluent as required
EL-102 can be applied by reverse roll coating or
comma coating or rotary screen coating process. Floor Covering(foamed layer)

The main applications are EL-102 70~80 phr
