Responsibilities:
 Checking/Review of Bar Bending Schedule as well as implementation of them at site.

 Rebaring of R/F with the help of Fischer FIS EM 390 S Cartridge
 All mandatory test related to various construction materials viz. cement ,Sand,
Aggregate, calibration of fully automatic concrete Batching Plant
 Backfilling work by controlling it layer wise & Density does lie within limit.
 Undertake regular site inspections and chair meetings with contractor to assess,
programme and quality.
 Issue minutes of meetings and progress reports to project team.
 checking all checklist related to steel, shuttering & concrete and survey
coordinate with help of AutoCAD and total station.
 Treatment of Honey combing Structure by epoxy resin mortars like nitobond &
Renderoc.
 Treatment of cracks by injection / nipple Grouting
 Provide EPDM membrane and EPDM Compression seal on expansion Joint
 Implementation of mix-design at plant site, necessary proportioning of concrete mix
for desired workability.
 Implementation of various method statements for various activities.
 Water proofing of tunnel roof slab with the help of APP Membrane
 To ensure that safety requirements are being met as per statuary rules.
