SUBJECT : ADDITIONAL MANPOWER REQUISITION FOR TECHNICAL

In lieu of our increasing acceptance of units and unit owners moving in at Fairway Terraces, the
Property Management Office would like to request one (1) additional Technical Staff as the
current deployment (one 7:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. shift Technical Staff) we have on site is focused
on the turnover processes of our various equipment and other technical matters in our common
areas. We need the additional requested staff for the concerns we are receiving from the
residents and for us as well to ensure that our property will have technical assistance until
nighttime.

SERVICE PROVIDER SERVICES NO. OF PERSONNEL

Djarna Manpower Services Technical One (1) Technical Staff


Staff 2:00p.m. to 10:00p.m. shift

Attached herewith is the Manpower Requisition Form for the abovementioned service provider.
