Proposal for Night Time Reporting
Currently we charge CT 150.00 MRI 300.00
Average Number of cases that we get in the night from existing clients is 2 per week We report them in the first hour of the folloing day. 5 potential clients, 2 in Kurnool & 3 from Kerala are requesting for 24 hr support This includes Night Reporting & Sunday reporting and emergency reporting as well.
Current average cases on Sundays is 10 per month /2 per Sunday
we are reporting on Monday morning The clause that we put to the potential clients is that we should get a minimum of 100 cases per month, for us to consider night time reporting. This 100 - 150 cases would be charged normally @ Rs 150 per Ct & 300 per MRI
The night time charges propsed as follows.
There are 2 options
Option No: 1 Hike the charge per reorting & share the excess with the reporting Radiologists for example: Case Day charge Night Charge CT 150.00 300.00 MRI 300.00 500.00
we would be sharing the excess of Rs. 150 ( CT) 200(MRI) with the reporting Radiologists.
The number of cases expected per night = 3 CT
The average number of cases expected per month including Sundays = 100 CT The amount that we share with Radiologists would be Rs. 15000 ( approx Rs 150 per case) The Radiologists would be working on Rotation basis - one per week for operational convenience Revenue per month for 5 clients with minimum average of 100 cases per month =

Proposal is to create a Roster and offer night time reporting to Radiologists
on weekly basis. The compensation would be paid on case to case basis after end of the month.
Option No: 2 If the client does not agree for paying extra for night time reporting, then we might have to share the revenue of night time reporting with the reporting Doctor
