    Terms and Conditions:

    1. Project Cost: Client Need to make the Payment as per the following (Payment Terms)

    A. Advance Payment 50% after the approval of this document

    B. 25% Payment after Project delivered

    C. Remaining 25% within next 15 days

    2. Delivery: The project implementation should be possible within 30 to 45 working Days


    from the approval date of SRS document.

    3. Technical Support: Support will be provided from the date of Project Go-Live

    4. Domain and Hosting: Domain and Server Renewal compulsory every year.

    5. Project Training: Training will be provided through Team Viewer or anydesk.

    6. Additional work: Additional work will be charged extra.

    7. SMS Package will be Charges extra according to client’s requirement
