B. THINGS YOU MUST BRING WITH YOU FOR REGISTRATION
NOTE: Arrange the documents in the sequence in which they are listed in a big clothed envelope
1. Copy of Admission Offer Letter from IIM Kashipur
2. Three recent (similar) passport size photographs (with Name and entity id no. written on the
back of the photographs)
3. Online fee deposit slip of Rs. Rs. 1, 96,630 (Rs. One lakh Ninety Six thousand and Six Hundred
and Thirty only) with name and CAT Entity Id. written on the back of the slip)
4. Filled-out Student Information Form.
5. Original and attested copy of Marks sheet of 10th standard final examination.
6. Original and attested copy of Marks sheet of 12th standard final examination.
7. Original and attested copy of Marks sheet of Bachelor's Degree examination (all
Semesters/Years) and copy of final examination completion certificate from Head of the
Department /Institute if final Bachelor's Degree results are awaited.
8. Original and attested copy of Caste Certificate [in case of SC/ST/OBC (in the prescribed
format)].
9. Original and attested copy of Experience Certificate with the name of the organization,
designation, nature of duties and responsibilities, total duration of employment and pay slips of
first and last month (if working).
10. Original and attested copy of Gross Annual Family Income Certificate for the Financial Year
2018-19 from a competent authority (if you wish to apply for financial assistance). The gross
family income will comprise annual gross income of parents, self and spouse. In case of
government employee, the income certificate should be in the form of salary certificate (Form
16). In all other cases it should be in the form of copy of Income Tax return.
11. Original and attested copy of fitness certificate from a Civil Surgeon/Medical Officer of a Govt.
Hospital.
12. Original and attested copy of typhoid and Hepatitis A & B immunization certificate from the
administering physician.
13. Original and attested copy of X-ray Chest PA view report from the recognized
hospital/physician.
14. Original and attested copy of Certificate for Differently abled person (DAP) in the
prescribed format as provided in the CAT 2018 website (https://iimcat.ac.in/).
15. Certificate in support of EWS candidature as per the direction issued by MHRD.

C. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. HOW TO REACH IIM Kashipur : By Air- fly to Pantnagar airport and take a cab to Kashipur. By
Train – Choose from one of the several available trains from New Delhi or other cities to reach
Kashipur. By Road- Take a cab from Delhi/New Delhi or catch a bus from ISBT at Anand Vihar,
New Delhi. Uttarakhand Transport corporation provide the bus facility services for IIM Kashipur
campus to Anand Vihar bus terminal New Delhi (To and Fro). Details are as under;

2. WHOM TO CONTACT ON ARRIVAL: After reaching the Institute premises, you
should contact Dr Vinay K Sharma, Admission Officer on +91-7088270882,
7900444090,91,92,93 (Ext. 312) for further instructions.
3. HOSTEL: The Institute will provide mostly single sharing and some double sharing (which
will be allotted randomly) accommodation within the campus. You are required to bring your own
linen and other articles of personal use.
You can bring your personal computer to facilitate the studies.
4. CLIMATE: Kashipur is subject to varying climate from hot to cold with heavy rainfall.
Accordingly, we recommend a full complement of clothes and accessories including winter
wear, rainwear and a mosquito-net.
5. MESS: The Institute provides infrastructural support and facilities to the students for running their
own mess on a cooperative basis. The students bear the actual cost of running the mess.
6. EDUCATIONAL LOAN: Educational loans are available from banks. Arrangements for
procurement and repayment of loans will be the exclusive agreement between the bank and the
Indian Institute of Management Kashipur
student. The Institute does not bear any financial or other obligation in this connection.
7. HEALTH: It is strongly recommended that you get yourself immunized against Typhoid, Hepatitis
A & B and produce a certificate to the effect from the administering physician. Medical leave
related to Typhoid & Hepatitis will be permitted only if the certificate has been produced at the
time of registration.
8. Students need to bring their laptops for sessions to be conducted in Orientation and Induction
programme.
9. Students need to bring warm clothes and blankets due to centralized AC in the hostel.
NOTE: At the time of registration you will be given a copy of the MBA Brochure and MBA
Manual which contains details about academic rules, regulations and procedures that you need to
abide by for the Masters in Business Administration. By taking admission, the student agrees to
abide by the rules and regulations of IIM Kashipur at all time.
