Greetings from NMIMS!

Congratulations on qualifying for admission to the Program MBA - Mumbai, Batch 2025-27. Provisional
admission is granted to you based on the documents submitted by you. The admission will be confirmed
once data and documents submitted by you are verified by NMIMS. Candidates who are appearing for their
final under graduate exams need to submit their degree certificates / provisional degree certificates, latest
by 30th September, 2025. In such cases, admission will remain provisional till 30th September, 2025. For
other candidates all documents should be submitted while securing provisional admission.

To secure your place, you are required to accept the admission offer by the specified deadline through your
dashboard, where you'll find the provisional admission offer letter. Completing this step, however, does not
guarantee your final admission or reserve your seat.

Ensure you :
• Log in to your dashboard to access and accept the offer.
• Complete the e-admission form, upload the necessary documents, and pay the full annual fees with in the
given timeline.

Failure to accept the offer and complete all admission steps by the deadlines will result in the automatic
withdrawal of this admission offer.

Remember, your admission will remain provisional until all fees are paid and the required documents are
submitted and verified. Please act promptly to confirm your place in the program by completing the
admission formalities between 15th March, 2025 and 22nd March, 2025. Only those who fulfill the
requirements by 24th March, 2025 will be provisionally admitted to the program.
Note :

1. NMIMS will share the fee receipt within 2 working days after making the full payment. If you
have not received a payment receipt from NMIMS, please email citifeecounter@nmims.edu along
with your NMIMS student number for a fee payment receipt. Once we receive all the requests and
the correct documents, we will process them, and communication mail will be sent to your
registered mail ID.

2. NMIMS does not accept cash or physical copies of admission forms and fees. Please do not fall
prey to any such notifications. We do not have any agents, franchisees or similar entities involved
in the admission process. There is no Management Quota.

Provisional admission will be confirmed after the candidate submits all the required documents as given
below, and the same have been verified and found appropriate by the NMIMS Admissions Department

Mumbai campus, a Medical Certificate from Sion hospital / Nair hospital would be considered.

11 Mediclaim policy (Minimum 1 lakh)

Association of Indian University Certificate (AIU) :Equivalence Certificate from AIU is mandatory for
those candidates who have completed their studies from Overseas University. Please note that

failing to meet this requirement, will result in the cancellation of your studentship and the fees paid
will be refunded as per prescribed refund rules by NMIMS.

Work Experience Documents (if applicable) : Appointment letter, Salary slip, Bank Statement and

Note: The last day for the submission for degree certificates / provisional degree certificates for
those who are appearing for their final examinations, will be 30th September 2025.

Candidates are required to note that it is the their responsibility to check if she/he is eligible to
apply for the Program as per the eligibility criteria declared on the website. Your credentials will
also be verified by a professional verification agency. NMIMS has full right to disqualify a candidate

at any stage of the admission process, if found ineligible. In such case, the admission of the
candidate, even if selected and fees paid, stands cancelled, and the fees will be refunded as per
prescribed refund rules.

The admission for the above-mentioned program is PROVISIONAL, if the results are not
declared/awaited / on hold and if a student fails or falls short of meeting the eligibility criteria/s in
the Graduation examination, on the declaration of results, then admission of such candidates will

be cancelled, and fees will be refunded as per prescribed refund rule. If a candidate passes an
exam (as reflected in the marksheets / degree certificates) after the start of the program, he/she
will not be eligible for the program.

Please see the important dates and preserve it as a guide. All announcements from the institute

Hostel Facility : The candidate can apply online for hostel accommodation through the hostel
application portal link https://portal.svkm.ac.in/usermgmt/viewHostels after completing the
admission fee payment formalities. On approval of your hostel application and receipt of mail

communication for hostel fee payment, you can make a hostel fee payment online. The hostel
accommodation is on a first-come first-served basis.Kindly go through the hostel rules and
regulations and FAQs.

Please note that hostel accommodation is compulsory in the following NMIMS Campuses:

For cancellation/ withdrawal of admission: Withdrawal /cancellation means voluntary withdrawal/cancellation

NMIMS would like to highlight the attendance rules and passing standards to prospective
students and parents as follows:

NMIMS is very keen to ensure that the students benefit from the rigorous delivery process. This has yielded
good outcomes in terms of placement, career opportunities and growth.

Therefore, NMIMS expects students to attend 100% of classes for each subject/course. However, for medical
reasons / personal reasons / extracurricular and co-curricular activities/placement / Institutional work / other
activities, etc., relaxation with respect to absence up to 20% may be granted, with prior approval /
intimation. Students who will maintained 80% or higher attendance in individual courses during a trimester
will be eligible to appear for the respective trimester-end examinations.

Following is a brief summary of passing standards, progression rules etc., once your admission
is confirmed.

NMIMS operates to the highest academic and examination standards and has a structure in
place that ensures the highest quality of standards is delivered to all its students.

1. To pass a subject in any of the trimester end examinations or reexaminations, the student must secure a
minimum of 40% marks of the trimester end examination and 40 % marks on the aggregate of internal
assessment and a trimester end examination
2. Students should not have any F grade in any of their first-year/second-year courses after re-examination and
at the end of each academic year.
3. The total Cumulative grade point average should not be less than 5.5 at the end of the academic year (at
the end of the first year and at the end of the program).
4. NMIMS has a Zero tolerance policy for the use of unfair means during exams.
5. To avail of benefits for students having a learning disability, necessary medical documents must be
submitted at the time of admission.
6. Students are bound by rules given in the NMIMS Students Resource Book which will be given to students.
7. The above rules may undergo some change at a later stage if the authorities of NMIMS deem it fit.
