Element Properties Reference Guide

This table provides properties of the first 40 elements including atomic weight, density, melting and boiling points, ground state configuration, ground level, ionization energy, and specific heat. For each element, it lists the atomic number, symbol, atomic weight in atomic mass units, density in g/cm3, melting and boiling points in Celsius, electron configuration, term symbol for the ground state, first ionization energy in electron volts, and specific heat in J/g·K. The properties listed allow comparison of physical and chemical characteristics across the periodic table.
